Altuzarra offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
